If you ask me now what I was thinking when I made the hilarious underwear review video a year ago, I really couldn’t tell you. Besides being funny, however, it was a rather informative piece of work that let people know the ins and outs of the well-talked-about Exofficio travel undies, which are really technical articles of clothing made to last.
I’m a huge fan of Exofficio and their undies, but a major issue for some was the way they looked. Uhm… so you can’t look sexy on the road?
Not so! A new, lacier version of their technical underwear has hit the market, and ladies… it’s almost magical what a bit of lace can do! Not only that, but there are other small changes that make the new models rock.

Ladies, I want to share the love with you, and so does ExOfficio, which is why we’ve teamed up this month. In light of their month-long EPIC underwear sale (25% off), and the release of another FTU newsletter, I am going to give 5 lucky FTU members a pair (of their preference) from the new Lacy line. Huzzah!
To enter, you must do TWO things:
1) Sign up to Female Travel Underground (if you aren’t already). You must be on the mailing list to claim your prize.
2) You must tweet the following message: “I want a pair of @exofficio Give-n-Go Lacy undies via @brookeschoenman ‘s #FTU newsletter: http://su.pr/1XnXof”
There will be one winner on the following 3 Tuesdays (drawn according to US eastern standard time), and two winners on the 4th Tuesday (April 5th and the release of April’s FTU).
Enter as often as you like, but you can only win once.
Guys, You Can Enter, Too
If you think your girlfriend might enjoy a pair of these technically sexy travel underwear, then go ahead and enter! You must be on the mailing list in order to claim your prize, and, well, it’s really up to you if you want to go there.
Not Interested in a Contest, But Interested in the Undies?
Lucky you, the EPIC underwear sale is going on from March 14 – April 14 for both guys and girls! Head on over and have a look around. You can be “technically sexy”, too!
I’ll be sharing more of a review soon, but you can read about my thoughts thus far in the newsletter.
And the Winners Are…
Week 1: Heather Rudd (@noplacelikeoz)
Week 2: Annie Bettis (@annb04)
Week 3: Marissa Velazquez (@theveggienomad)
Week 4: Elizabeth Ewing (@EEwing390), Rachael Taft(@GirlUnmapped)
If you didn’t win this week, tweet again and enter for the next!

Great contest Brooke!
The video was great and it’d be awesome to try a pair of these undies on my trip through Indonesia!
btw, I’m getting a 404 for the link for ‘Sign up to Female Travel Underground’
Fixed! Forgot the http… woops!
Well I hope you win a pair!
Forget Beth! If I win, I’m keeping the technically sexy for myself.
You do realize this is now forever on the internet? haha
Cool contest. Those certainly look a lot nicer than the original underwear they had.
Word
Just recently bought a couple of regular pairs. These look much better – Def. will be trying to win!
I just got my first pair, and they seem great. I am really wishing they offered the men’s styles in more colors though – black, white, and grey are dull choices!
Cute! They look so much like Victoria’s Secret, but no doubt more comfortable. I bought some insect repellent ExOfficio pants before my trip to Rwanda last spring, and funny enough, I was at my in-laws’ house this weekend and my FIL was wearing ExOfficio shirts both days! I feel surrounded all of a sudden =)
I loved the video you did. It’s hilarious!
Haha, thank you. It was a piece of work if I do say so myself
Wow, no idea before ExOfficio has a lacy one like this!
You should check them out, Dina
Very cool
So was there a winner picked for week 3 yet? *hopeful*
Yep, all winners have been chosen and notified. Here’s the follow-up post: http://brookevstheworld.com/day-95-exofficio-giveaway-wrap-up/ and it was also in the most recent Female Travel Underground newsletter
