I just got back last Friday (day 245) from a week-long media trip in tropical north Queensland, one of my favorite parts of Australia. It was a long week packed to the brim. I’ve gone on a couple of media trips to Queensland now and that Queensland Tourism does not mess around!
Day 203: Belated Friday Writing Round-Up
It’s not easy keeping up with all that goes on in my writing world. Heck, I can barely keep up with it myself! That’s why it is good to just sometimes put some of the highlights into one place, and that brings us to this post:

Day 143: Swimming in a Sea Called Catch-Up
It’s Wednesday. Day 143 happened on Monday. I’m behind, a little behind.
I always overestimate how much writing I’ll get done while traveling, and I’m feeling the brunt of the Malaysia trip right now. I just can’t get caught up. I can’t tweet enough. I can’t tag enough posts for delicious. I can’t interact enough on Facebook. I can’t read… Read more
Day 70: Envious of Long-winded Bloggers

Day 21: Writing Round-up Friday!
Every so often, I’d like to take the time to give some love to the articles that aren’t on this blog already, but you might be interested in checking out. It’s been quite some time since the last update like this, so there are going to be a few! Sit back, grab a coffee (or a beer depending on where… Read more
How Travel Blogging Has Benefited My Life
I was feeling a bit philosophical lately after doing some of those recap posts, such as the Story of Brooke vs. the World… Read more. My mind got to thinking about why I’m even in this whole blogging business, and if it is worth continuing (not that I could really give it up). There’s a mad rush in the travel community
News & Updates From My 'Hood
Hey all! I’m going to do a fun little list post here since I didn’t get around to making a nice video for the week. I think I might have been a little hasty with the one video a week idea, but still I will try.
Actually, I’ve been quite busy this past week or so, which is why I… Read more
Latest Contributions to the World of Travel
Since I’m currently not traveling (and currently not giving away fantastic dream vacations) like some other travel bloggers out there, I’ve decided to give back to the travel world through my words.

What this means for you is that I’ve written some junk, and now I want you to read it.
